Abs

A 30 minute class based on the core muscles. Strengthening and toning the abdominal’s back and obliques. The powerhouse of the body.

Aqua Aerobics (Deep)

Based in the pool this class is suitable for all, even if you are carrying an injury or have not exercised for a while and would like to get back to fitness. You can work at your own level in both the shallow and deep end of the pool. This will work your whole body.  

Aqua Circuits

Strength, endurance and cardio training in the water. Incorporating equipment as well as body weight. The waters buoyancy helps provide support to muscles and joints so you get a great workout with great music.

Barre

A modern version of classic ballet training; a 30 minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, Les Mills Barre is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range or motion movements and very light weights.

Beginners Pilates

Suitable for those who are new or fairly new to the principles of Pilates and wish to broaden their essential knowledge and strength. 

Beginners Yoga

We offer Beginners Yoga for people who have never tried this discipline before.  This will give you an introduction to the basic moves and breathing patterns over a 6-8 week period.  From this you will feel more confident and get much more out of the extensive yoga program we have at kippie.

Body Attack/Body Attack Express

High energy 30/45/60 minute fitness class with moves that cater for complete beginners to our total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises like push ups and squats. 

Body Balance

A dynamic fitness to music programme that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed. Combining Yoga, Tai-Chi and Pilates. With a structured series of stretches, moves and poses to create a holistic workout. 

Body Combat

This is a 45 minute workout which includes combat tracks (a mix of upper and lower body) and power tracks (boxing and fitness training). 

Body Conditioning

Cardio step (not complicated) is fast and furious but lots of fun with all over toning. It will make you sweat! 

Body Pump/Body Pump Express

This is a 30/45/60 min workout to challenge all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music and your choice of weight inspires you to get the results you came for – and fast! 

Body Step

A simple, athletic and fun workout using height-adjustable platform to step up and down to uplifting music. This is a great class for toning the lower body, increasing cardio fitness and coordination and building overall strength. 

Bootcamp

An outdoor based circuit class using a combination of exercises (resistance and body-weight) that will help to improve overall strength, cardio, muscular endurance, flexibility, core strength and functional movement. Suitable for all fitness levels. 

Cardio Tennis

With our Tennis Professional. Drills to increase your fitness for the game. After the warm up you will hit lots of forehands, backhands and volleys. Finishing with a short game of doubles.

CXWORX

30 minute personal training inspired core class that’s been formulated with a carefully structured, scientific approach and unforgiving intensity. It has been designed to tighten and tone the abs, glutes, back, obliques and ‘slings’ connecting the upper and lower body, improving functional strength and assist in injury prevention like nothing else. 

Fat Burn Extreme 

It is a fixed 20-minute training session with no dictated rest periods. Participants work until failure, rest only for recovery and go again, making it specific to the individual regardless of age gender and fitness level.

Functional Pilates

The class works on your core muscles, re-training them to get better posture and control while doing every day activities. 

Gym Circuits

This group session with one of our PT’s. A mix or cardio, strength, functional and HIIT training. Changing every week to keep you challenged.

Hatha Yoga

For everyone from beginners to experienced students. Loose the blues by relaxing, strengthening and detoxifying with yoga, attain peace.  

HIIT Gym

30 minute effective all over body, high intensity interval workout in the gym. Devised by our PT’s. Different workout every week!

Intermediate Pilates

Suitable for those who have a solid understanding of the principle. Will increase strength, flexibility, mobility and body awareness. It will increase your core strength, create longer leaner muscles while improving circulation, sports performance and stability through a number of exercises. 

Intermediate Step

This is an intermediate dance based step class with high intensity music to get the heart rate up while toning the bum and thighs. 

Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar Yoga helps improve health, strength, flexibility and the ability to cope with stress. The classes will focus on alignment using props to make poses more manageable.

Kettlebells

A ballistic form of exercise that combines cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training while engaging multiple muscle groups at once. 

Les Mills Tone

A mix of strength, cardio and core training in a 45 minute workout using a combination of lunges squats, functional training and tubing exercises.

Mens Yoga

For everyone from beginners to experienced students. Loose the blues by relaxing, strengthening and detoxifying with yoga, attain peace.  

Metafit

A 30 minute high intensity interval training workout using just your body weight increasing cardio vascular fitness and strength. A great way to burn fat!  

Nia

Combines simple moves from dance arts, martial arts and healing arts to bring mindfulness to your dance movement experience leaving you energised, mentally clear and emotionally balanced. Nia is practised barefoot, non-impact and adaptable to individual needs and abilities. 

Pilates

Suitable for mixed ability. Mat-based class designed to establish core strength and stability, greater mind-body awareness, correct posture, stretch and balance the body. 

Power Yoga

Traditional Ashtanga practice follows the same series of poses and makes you hold each for five breaths before moving through a Vinyasa. Power Yoga classes move with an even faster rhythm.

REVolution

Uses proven riding principles and matches music to resistance levels, riding speed and resistance to create a fun and effective way to cardio train on a bike. Prepare to be challenged. Join the REVolution.

RPM

50 min indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. You ride to inspirational music over the equivalent of 20-25km of varied terrain. Controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed. Has been proven to burn up to 600 calories per class. 

Sh’bam

A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. An ego free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile!

Spin

Spin classes help you shed fat and improve your heart health, while improving your muscular endurance.  A serious leg workout.  Suitable for everyone as you are in control of the resistance.  Cycle your way to fitness.

Step & Conditioning

Cardio step with easy to follow moves to make it fast and fun. With all over body toning to make you sweat. 

TRX

Suspension training develops strength, balance, flexibility and care stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100’s of exercises.

TRX Circuit

45 min class with cardio exercises and TRX exercises mixed to create the complete workout.

Total Body Workout

Uses a combination of cardio work, weights for strength and conditioning finishing with abdominal and back exercise to complete the workout. Suitable for all. 

Vinyassa Yoga

A flowing, dynamic practise connecting movements with breath. Based around the Ashtanga primary series you will soon build  flexibility, strength and stamina. Join this class and discover what your body can achieve as we move, seat and breathe together. 

Zumba

Features interval training sessions where and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat with a little bit of Latin flavour.
